The Archive of the Valencian Courts manages all the documentation generated or received by the chamber in the exercise of the functions assigned to it, and for its own internal organization.
To facilitate access to this documentary fund, the Archive has designed a Document Management System, deploying classification, description and selection/evaluation subsystems, based on the following elements:
- Classification chart of the Corts documentary collection.
- System manual.
- Repertory of series and catalog of files.
The archival system is structured in a central archive (Archives Department), and management archives in each department, service or area.

- The fund of the Electoral Board of the Valencian Community.
- Audiovisual archive of the activity of the Valencian Courts.
- Photographic collection related to the activity of the chamber, the deputies and the buildings that make up the seat of the Courts.

It has been possible thanks to the Valencian Community's Full Inclusion Cognitive Accessibility service, which has processed the legal text and has been reviewed by the validators, the people who demonstrate that the content can be understood by people with different abilities or also foreign people who do not they have a good level of the language used in the document. This adaptation will also allow a greater understanding of the legal text and help people with different abilities when studying it to access jobs in the Valencian public administration.
