The Historic archive contains the oldest preserved documentation. During the War of Succession, during the military actions of the siege of Alzira, the municipal archive was burned, which is why the oldest series, that of Municipal Acts, begins in 1713. From this date documentation of all kinds is preserved, with gaps, especially from the 19th century.
