In the Municipal Archive of Antella we find the municipal fund resulting from the activity developed by the City Council, preserving documentation from 1847 to the present day. In addition, it has the fund of the Local Agrarian Chamber and the Court of Peace. It suffered the consequences of the Pantanada of 1982. In 1996, an intern prepared a draft inventory of the historical documentation.
The location of the documentary fund has varied over time, where after two transfers to different municipal properties, in 2001 it was taken to Casa de l'Arrossera, where the graduate in History and Geography, Alejandro Conejero Noguera, was in charge of making a provisional classification, as well as the installation of the documentation in boxes for better preservation.
Around 2003, due to the dampness of the property, it was taken back to the City Hall's premises, where it is currently located.
In 2004, Antella City Council joined the experimental phase of the
Archives Service of the Commonwealth of Ribera Alta.
And since March 10, 2005 they have adhered to the consolidated phase of said
service, initially with 1 monthly module (4 hours per month) until
currently 4 monthly modules (16 hours per month).
