Documentary funds

In 1925 Lluís Revest i Corzo inventoried the municipal archive of Alcora. Among the documents inventoried, there were privileges from the 14th to the 17th century, documents relating to censuses from 1320, epochs from 1360, factory books from 1635, establishments from the 15th and 16th centuries, agreement books from 1709, a copy of the town charter or documents about the works of the swamp from 1770. Unfortunately, during the revolution of 1936, during the Spanish Civil War, the Municipal Archive was almost completely destroyed and only some notarial protocols and some pre-conflict administrative documents. During the Franco period, documentary production increased, most of which has been preserved. The current inventory and description of the archive began in 1999 and continues with new additions.

Apart from the paper documentation, it also has a photographic, videographic and hemerographic collection...
